Yes! You can create beautiful websites using TMS Software, all without writing a single piece of code.
Q. If I use TMS, can I receive online bookings from my website?
Yes! Online booking and payment from your website is made easy with the software.
Q. Is there a way I can try the software before I start paying for it?
Yes, we made available a demo account so anyone can try it and see.
Q. I already have a website. Does it work with an existing website?
Yes, the software can integrate with an existing website.
Q. Can I get a refund if I don't like the software?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, our service is month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
Q. Are there processing fees for online transactions?
We don't, but the payment processor that we utilize (Stripe) charges processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents per each transaction. Depending on volumn of transactions, however, this rate can be negotiated.
Q. Does TMS allow me to set different deposit settings for different products?
Yes, you can set custom deposit setting for each product, to take in fixed amounts, percentage amounts, or full amounts. Or, you can simply save customers' card information to bill them later.
Q. Does TMS support seasonal pricing?
No problem. You can set different prices per month and person-type (adult, kid, infant).
Q. Does TMS support variable pricing by age type?
Yes, you can set variable pricing for adults, kids, and infants.
Q. Does TMS support variable products?
Yes, we support variable product. Each product can have multiple variations.
Q. Does TMS provide support for both group and private reservations?
Yes, group bookings and private bookings are possible with TMS.
